All items purchased from www.neopalms.com (website) are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

The Company attempts to be as accurate as possible. If a product offered by www.neopalms.com (website) itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.

For any reason if we are not able to ship you products as per your order, we will intimate you electronically and refund the value of the products not available. Any additional Shipping Fees, if applicable, will not be refunded.

Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items in our catalog may be mispriced. If we discover a mispricing, we will do one of the following:

If an item's correct price is lower than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount and ship you the item.

If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.

All of www.neopalms.com (website) orders are shipped door-to-door from our warehouse to your provided shipping address via our logistic partners. Processing the order normally takes 2 working days and then Shipping normally takes 4-6 working days.

Shipping destinations offered by the Company for delivery will be extended and updated from time to time and listed online.

We do not ship backorders. We aim to keep every item on our website in stock. If there is an item which you purchase and then we realize this item is not available, we will promptly inform you within 2 working days of your purchase and fully refund your money for the out of stock item.

We can only process one shipping address per order. So, if you would like to order several items and ship them to different people, please treat these as separate orders. We cannot ship to Post Office Box addresses and take no responsibility for non-delivery of orders in case the delivery address includes P. O. Box details in any part or form.

The Company will attempt delivery 3 times at the delivery address specified by you in the order, before they contact us that your package is not deliverable. You can track the package through the Order Tracking facility. If the package status is shown as undeliverable please call the Customer Service and quote your tracking number to trace your package.

Exchanges, Return & Refunds

Except for Cash On Delivery transactions, refund, if any, shall be made at the same issuing bank from where the transaction price was received, or through any other method available on the Platform, as chosen by You. For Cash On Delivery transactions, refunds, if any, will be made via electronic payment transfers. Refund shall be made in Indian Rupees only and shall be equivalent to the transaction price received in Indian Rupees. For electronic payments, refunds shall be made through payment facility using NEFT / RTGS or any other online banking / electronic funds transfer system approved by Reserve Bank India (RBI). Refunds may be supported for select banks. Where a bank is not supported for processing refunds, You will be required to share alternate bank account details with us for processing the refund. Refund shall be conditional and shall be with recourse available to Company in case of any misuse by customer. We may also request you for additional documents for verification. Refund shall be subject to customer complying with Policies.

The Company will replace the product free of cost if you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason and subject to the Policy of the Company. Exchanges or returns must be made within 10 days of receiving your order. You will need to fill out a Returns and Exchanges form which is available on the website under Returns and Exchanges slab. Once we receive your paperwork and returned goods, we will ship your replacement free of cost or issue a refund for the cost of the goods to the original payment depending on your preference. Shipping charges will not be refunded and customers are required to pay for the shipping costs to return the goods to the US return address.

While availing any of the payment method/s available on the Platform, the Company will not be responsible or assume any liability, whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly to You due to:

1. Lack of authorization for any transaction/s, or
2. Exceeding the pre-set limit mutually agreed by You and between "Bank/s", or
3. Any payment issues arising out of the transaction, or
4. Decline of transaction for any other reason/s

All payments made against the purchases/services on www.neopalms.com (website) by you shall be compulsorily in Indian Rupees acceptable in the Republic of India. Platform will not facilitate transactions with respect to any other form of currency with respect to the purchases made on Platform.

Before shipping / delivering your order to you, the Company may request you to provide supporting documents (including but not limited to Govt. issued ID and address proof) to establish the ownership of the payment instrument used by you for your purchase. This is done in the interest of providing a safe online shopping environment to our customers.

1. As required by applicable law, if the customer makes a purchase of an amount equal to or above INR 50,000.00, the customer will be required to upload a scanned copy of his/her PAN card on the Platform, within 4 days of making the purchase, failing which, the purchase made by the Customer will be canceled. The requirement to submit the PAN card arises only once and if it has been submitted once by the customer, it need not be submitted again. The order of the customer shall stand canceled if there is a discrepancy between the name of the customer and the name on the PAN Card.
2. The Customer shall comply with all the applicable laws (including without limitation Foreign Exchange Management Act, 1999 and the rules made and notifications issued thereunder and the Exchange Control Manual as may be issued by Reserve Bank of India from time to time, Customs Act, Information and Technology Act, 2000 as amended by the Information Technology (Amendment) Act 2008, Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002 and the rules made there under, Foreign Contribution Regulation Act, 1976 and the rules made there under, Income Tax Act, 1961 and the rules made there under, Export Import Policy of government of India) applicable to them respectively for using Payment Facility and Company Platform.

The Company urges the users to beware of fake offers and fraudulent callers/messengers who may impersonate themselves as representatives of the Company. The Company’s authorized representatives will never contact the Users to demand money for prizes or ask for password/PIN/CVV. In the event you are asked for confidential details by anyone posing as the Company’s representatives, please ask them to communicate with You through email and only respond to emails from the Company domain.

When You use the Platform or send emails or other data, information or communication to Us, You agree and understand that You are communicating with Us through electronic records and You consent to receive communications via electronic records from Us periodically and as and when required. Force majeure or other events beyond the Company’s control. Hindrance, delay or complication in the maintenance of the Platform entitles the Company to suspend or limit the Platform until further notice.

In the event any provision of these Terms, Policies or the is determined to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed from these Terms, such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.
